Established in 1990, the company covers an area of 20,000 square meters and employs more than 200 staff. Over 28 years of development, it has transformed into a modern enterprise specializing in copper refrigeration parts, heating components, machine fittings, water pipe fittings, and valves. We offer five main series: Copper capillary, Copper pressfit, AC copper pipe fittings, Valves, and thread brass fittings.
Raw Material Control: Every batch of raw materials comes with a qualification certificate. We conduct laboratory tests after forging to ensure internal crystal integrity. For sealing and pressfit products, we perform triple stress testing to guarantee material composition.
Annealing Process: Following strict Australian standards, our stage-based annealing improves durability and safety. This process is critical for DZR (Dezincification resistance) brass, ensuring corrosion resistance and suitability for sanitary and direct drinking water projects.
Production Quality Control: Our process includes rough part checks using precision tools from Australia, uninterrupted on-line inspections, and final product verification against AS3688 standards. Pressure, airtightness, and water tightness tests are professionally conducted for relevant products.
