All products meet international standards such as CJ/T-2000 (National), BS864-2 (British), ASME B16.22-1995 (American), and EN1254-2 (European). We also specialize in custom non-standard fittings based on specific client requirements.
Raw Material Control: Every batch of raw materials is supplied with a certificate of qualification. We conduct rigorous inspections on material composition, including post-forging crystal analysis and stress testing for sealing products to ensure 100% compliance.
Annealing Process: Following strict Australian standards, our staged annealing process optimizes durability and safety. For DZR (Dezincification Resistance) brass, temperature control is critical to maintain material integrity, ensuring products are suitable for sanitary and direct drinking water projects.
Quality Control: Our production involves a three-tier inspection system: initial rough check using precision tools, uninterrupted in-process inspection, and final product verification against AS3688 standards. Pressure-tested products undergo professional airtightness and water tightness evaluations.
Packaging & Logistics: For export, we utilize a robust double-packing system—small internal boxes within reinforced large outer cartons—to minimize transport damage and ensure product safety upon arrival.
