What is the MOQ & Price Term?
No MOQ for the 1st sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For orders over 1000-2000 pcs (depending on models), the price will be FOB Guangzhou.
Can you provide customized designs and requirements?
Yes, as a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshop, we can develop products based on customer requirements. Packing and logos can be customized with an MOQ of 1000 pcs per color.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery is approximately 15-20 days. For customized packing and logos, delivery typically takes 25-30 days depending on the order quantity.
How are the goods shipped and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Official orders are usually shipped by sea, taking 35-50 days depending on the destination.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts above USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery.
Is a sample order available before bulk purchase?
Yes, sample orders are welcomed to test the quality and design before committing to a larger production run.
