What is the MOQ & Price Term?
No MOQ for the 1st sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For orders exceeding 1000-2000 pcs (depending on models), the price will be FOB. Sample orders are welcomed.
Can you handle custom designs and requirements?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshop. Our professional LED team has strong development capabilities to design and develop products according to customer requirements. Packing and logos can be customized with an MOQ of 1000 pcs.
What is the delivery timeline?
For regular neutral products, delivery takes approximately 15-20 days depending on quantity. For customized packing and logos, delivery is typically 25-30 days.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air flight, taking 10-15 days. Official orders are usually shipped by sea to the destination port or door, taking 35-50 days depending on the location.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts above USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery. For amounts under USD 5000, full payment is recommended to save on bank charges.
Do the products come with a light source?
Yes, the standard model includes the light source as specified in the basic information.
