Standard items: 15-30 days. Custom orders: 30-60+ days, depending on complexity and quantity. We confirm the exact lead time after finalizing your order details.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

How do you pack chandeliers for safe shipping?
We use multi-layer protection: individual crystal/part wrapping, reinforced cardboard compartments, thick foam padding, and sturdy export cartons. Fragile items are clearly marked.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (electrical, material, workmanship). Proof of defect must be provided. Damage during transit or improper installation is excluded.
